Jean-Kristau's photo-collage distortions are garishly fascinating. He uses a very bland and ugly aesthetic, but his simplistic collages contain strong existential sentiment. His work has a sort of cohesive themed creepiness about it. There are wide jawed creepy children with their jaw, neck and gullet fused, overlayed with lung branches and foreign sales material.
